Refund Policy

Our Policy
ETRIS℠ products are digital assessment reports delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Because delivery begins immediately upon payment, our ability to offer refunds is limited.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided your assessment has not been completed and your report has not been delivered.
If your report has already been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. This applies to all individual products and the Complete ETRIS℠ Suite bundle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at hello@getETRIS.com with:
- Your name and email address used at checkout.
- The product you purchased.
- A brief note confirming your report has not been delivered or that delivery is still pending.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Exceptions
We handle each request individually and with good faith. If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, or a technical issue that prevented delivery, please contact us and we will make it right.
